Residential Infrastructure Policy and Assistance
The Village of Bellevue would like there to be a healthy number of available lots in varying price points and locations throughout the Village to satisfy the demands of new home construction. The Village understands that certain economic conditions have created an unwillingness in lending institutions to advance letters of credit for private development in Northeastern Wisconsin and nationwide, rendering Developers often times unable to obtain appropriate financing to enable it to file a letter of credit for the aforementioned public improvements. Therefore, the Village of Bellevue created the Residential Infrastructure Assistance Policy to potentially assist in the creation of new subdivisions in the community.
The Residential Infrastructure Policy outlines what the Village of Bellevue Staff and Village Board will be looking for when evaluating requests.
A complete application shall contain the information identified in the policy to be considered for assistance.
