The Village of Bellevue Community Development Department is excited to bring you a new way of doing business with the launch of a new software system.
The Citizen Self Service (CSS) permit portal is for residential permits only (UDC permits are not included).
PLEASE NOTE: Fees
are not charged after applying for a permit. You must wait for the
permit to be reviewed by the Building Inspector, before submitting a
payment. No payments are accepted through the CSS at this time. You
must submit the payment via mail or at the Administration Building,
located at 2828 Allouez Ave.
