Project: 

BG03 (3100 Eaton) Village Offices Relocation/Expansion Project 

The Village Hall is situated at 3100 Eaton Rd and was initially constructed in 2008. The first two phases of the building included the fire station, police offices, municipal court offices, and board/courtroom. The final phase, Phase III, aims to relocate all village offices to one central location. This includes Administration, Clerk/Finance, Community Development, Public Works, Parks, Recreation, & Forestry. The completion of this phase will provide the Village team with adequate offices, workspaces, and other office needs that are currently unavailable. The project design is almost finished, and bidding for construction is expected to start in the summer of 2024.

During the design, construction, and completion phases of this project, there will be limited daily impacts to the community. The cost of this project is expected to range from $7.5 million to $8.2 million. Funding will be obtained through a combination of existing B&G funding and a budgeted 20-year borrowing measure.

 Project: 

This project includes the complete overlay of the south portion of Bellevue’s East River Trail.  (Village Line – Manderly to Allouez Ave) Work will include 2-inch asphalt overlay of the trail surface and substantial ash tree removals. 

Trail will be completely closed during the construction window unless noted otherwise as well as some periodic closures during ash tree removals.  Detour will be signed.  Ash removals will be taking place during the month of July through early August.  Trail construction is set to take place from mid-August through mid-September. 

 Project: 

Project includes a complete reconstruction of the tennis court along with the addition of pickleball courts. This feature when completed will provide an improved playing surface for this community park.

The immediate area surrounding the proposed courts will have limited access during construction. Heavy vehicles will frequent the park including parking lot and staging areas.  Court construction is set to take place form mid-May through mid-June.  Asphalt will need to cure for 45 days and will be followed up with court painting in mid-August.

 Project: 

Project is for further development of Bethel Park.  Construction will include developing a 1.5-acre multi-use grass field, a covered pavilion/seating area, and general landscape updates.  The planned additions will allow for additional recreational opportunities and a space where patrons can gather.  

Minimal impacts expected for 2024 as this will be the planning/design phase.  Construction is expected to be completed sometime in 2025.

 Project: 

The utility project consists of replacing the water main on Skyview Street from Hazen Road to Guns Street, and on Vandenbergh Place from Keehan Lane to Bluestone Place, as well as lining of the sanitary sewer on Skyview Street from Hazen Road to Guns Street. This project also includes hydrant replacements on Bluestone Place. This work is in preparation for the 2025 roadway projects on these roadways.

 Project: 

Project will include the construction of a stormwater retention pond located along Hoffman Road.

All of the construction for this will be completed outside of the roadway right of way. There are no anticipated disruptions to traffic flow or access during this project.

 Project: 

Project includes the abandonment of the existing lift station and associated force main located at the end of Creekwood Drive, just west of the intersection with Saybrook Circle as well as the conversation of the existing wet well into a standard sanitary sewer manhole.

A majority of the construction for this project will be completed outside of the roadway right of way. There are no anticipated disruptions to traffic flow or access during this project.

 Project: 

Project consists of grading, storm sewer, pavement replacement, concrete bridge approaches, curb and gutter, installation of new sidewalk, pavement marking, signing, and a new RRFB pedestrian crossing. 

Allouez Avenue will be closed to through traffic for the duration of the project with a signed detour route. Access for residents, businesses, and service providers will be maintained, however there will be no access across the bridge over I-43. The signed detour route will use Lime Kiln (CTH V) to Verlin Road (CTH JJ) to Main Street (USH 141).
