President Soukup, his wife Lisa, their son Kyle and daughter Kaitlyn have lived in Bellevue for over 35 years. He graduated from Preble High School and St. Norbert College, earning a bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
Steve is a business owner in Bellevue.
His service includes Green Bay Public Schools, where he has been on committees and task forces covering various issues and topics. Steve has served on numerous Boards and Commissions, including the Site Plan Review Commission and Park Commission. He has also actively participated in civic organizations such as the YMCA and the Optimist Club.
Steve's passion is the Bellevue business community. Steve is a member of the Bellevue Business & Professional Association, where he is an outspoken advocate for the business community. He is enthusiastic about and actively involved in the recruitment and retention of business.
Dave Kaster

Trustee Katers and his wife Leah raised two daughters, Trista and Ashley, both grown and married and a son, Brandon in Bellevue, where they have lived for over 35 years.
Dave was born and raised in West De Pere. He graduated from St. Boniface Elementary School and West De Pere High School. He has an Electrical Theory and Practice diploma from Northeast Wisconsin Technical Institute.
Upon graduation, Dave was employed as an electrician at Sturgeon Bay Shipbuilding and Dry Dock for six years and served as Chief Union Steward for Local 158 during his employment. Dave and Leah also owned and operated the Ye Olde Chatterhouse Supper Club for 15 years. He was also a co-owner of the Post Office Pub and Pasta for three years. Currently, Dave is employed at Agri Partners Co-op in De Pere.
Over the years, Dave's community roles have included: The Noon Optimist Club of De Pere (past Board of Directors); De Pere Football Booster Club; De Pere High School Parent Club; Usher at St. Francis Xavier Church, De Pere; Wisconsin Restaurant Association Northeast Chapter (past Board of Directors); National Restaurant Association; Brown County Tavern League; The Knights of Columbus; De Pere Kiwanis Club.
Dave's hobbies include reading, softball, working on cars and motorcycles, woodworking and volunteering for non-profit groups and charities.
Dave was elected a Village Trustee in 2005.
Jackie Krull

Trustee Krull and her husband, Mark, have one grown son. They built a Victorian-style home near Josten Park as a nod to their appreciation of antiques, history, and artisanship.
Jackie’s hometown is Two Creeks, Wisconsin. She graduated from UW-Green Bay with a degree in Business Administration. Jackie and her family have resided in Brown County since 1991 and Bellevue since 2001.
Jackie was a 20-year business owner (1999 - 2019) of Pension Inc., a financial services company. Her 30-year tenure with Pension Inc. centered on the legal and compliance areas. She retired in July 2021.
Jackie’s community roles include serving as a Bellevue Business & Professional Association officer and volunteering with the Friends of Bellevue Parks group. Her local government roles include serving on the Ethics Board and a prior Economic Development Advisory Board position.
Jackie was elected Village Trustee in April 2022.
Tom Murphy

Tom and his wife Tracy have been Bellevue residents since 2017. They have been married for over 15 years, and together they have three children and a cat and dog, both rescues from a local animal shelter. Tom and Tracy both previously lived in Bellevue while growing up and that positive experience led them to build their dream home and raise their family in Bellevue.
Tom is a senior IT infrastructure engineer at Associated Bank. He graduated from Green Bay Preble High School with a Bachelor's in Information Technology from Western Governor's University. He is also a Bellevue Citizen's Academy graduate and the Leadership Green Bay class of 2023.
Tom believes strongly in civic engagement and community service. He is chairing the Young Professionals Advisory Council, part of the Greater Green Bay Chamber's Current Young Professionals program. He also served as vice-chair of the 2023-2043 Bellevue Comprehensive Plan Update committee and has contributed over 100 hours of volunteer service in 2022 to many local non-profits, including Paul's Pantry, CP Inc, Golden House, Green Bay Strikers, Habitat for Humanity, NeighborWorks Green Bay and more.
Tom enjoys playing with his kids, spending time with lifelong friends and trying to better himself and his community.
Tom was elected Village Trustee in April 2023.
