Dog License - 2026 Year is Now Open!

This is a notice to all dog owners: The 2026 licensing year is open!

Wisconsin §174.07 requires all dogs harbored in Wisconsin over five (5) months of age to be licensed and vaccinated for rabies under provisions of Wisconsin §95.21 (2).

You may obtain dog licenses at Village Hall: 3100 Eaton Road - Bellevue, WI 54311. M-TH: 7 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. & F: 7 a.m. – Noon.

Please bring proof of current rabies vaccination. It will only be necessary to show proof that your dog is spayed/ neutered if this is your first time licensing.

Dogs not licensed by April 1, within 30 days of acquiring ownership, or after reaching five (5) months of age are subject to a late fee of $5.00 per dog. Owners who fail to license or vaccinate a dog pursuant to the above statutes are subject to citation and forfeiture.
